My name is Shannon Lois Perez, and I’m the founder of North Pearl Media, a creative studio focused on storytelling for boutique hotels, luxury travel, and lifestyle brands. 

Before launching North Pearl Media, I co-created @MYNORDICROOM, a Scandinavian-inspired Instagram community that became a trusted platform for interiors, travel, and curated design. Through that journey, I worked on the influencer side of social media and created content for luxury hotels and resorts in London, Dubai, the Maldives, Philippines, and Bali.

I created North Pearl Media to combine that experience with a more strategic approach. The goal is to help boutique hotels reduce reliance on OTAs like Booking.com and Hotels.com by strengthening their direct online presence, especially through Instagram.
